Wednesday Night Dinners

Every Wednesday evening 100 -150 (or more!) guests join us for dinner. They like to come early and visit with one another while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.
How much do we need for each supper? Here is a summary:
6-8 heads of lettuce plus veggies
4-5 large pans of casserole
4-5 loaves of bread
3-4 gallons of milk
50-60 cups of coffee
desserts of various kinds (70 to 80 servings)
How can you help?
Enjoy dinner with our guests,
help serve, clean-up or prepare the food,
make or bring:

dessert:
pudding, 2 #10 cans
ice cream - 4-5 half gallons jello/cake/cupcakes, bars, cookies
vegetables:
frozen, #10 cans, or fresh
(warn us if time for use is short)
beans/peas/corn/mixed veggies
beans-baked, chili or other
fruits: #10 cans (apple sauce, fruit cocktail, other) or fresh fruit
meats:
Gr. Beef - 10/15 lb.
Tuna
Boneless chicken pieces - 15-20 lbs.
6 turkeys for Thanksgiving - 15-20 lb. each
12 roasting chickens for Christmas - 8-10 lb. each
Pork Loin - 15-20 lb. boneless for New Years, Sauerkraut
other:
Ranch Salad Dressing
Spaghetti Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Stove-Top Stuffing - 200 servings needed at meals for Thanksgiving & Christmas
Garlic Powder
Spaghetti
Macaroni
These are some of the meals our children & friends enjoy:
English muffin pizza
Grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup
Casseroles - shepherd's pie, macaroni & cheese, spaghetti & meat sauce
