Welcome
In many ways, Grace Church is like an inn, or a hostel, a place for weary travelers. One of the most familiar stories told by Jesus is the one called, “the good Samaritan,” about stranger who stopped to help someone who had been mugged, beaten and robbed. He took him to an inn and took care of him there. You can read the whole story in the gospel of Luke, chapter 10. Jesus used that story to illustrate what it means to be a good neighbor. In many ways we try to be good neighbors in the city – God brings all kinds of people here and has given us many opportunities to practice being neighborly.
